About Me & My Experience
Everything I share comes from lived experience, not just theory.
From a young age, I was taught that if I wanted something, it was my responsibility to create it. That belief gave me a deep sense of agency. I didn't wait for things to change. I looked for ways to improve them.
I constantly questioned what I didn't understand. I rarely accepted things at face value. If something wasn't working, I wanted to know why and figure out how to make it better.
I was always drawn to creating, not by starting from scratch, but by taking what already existed and improving it. I loved identifying what wasn't working, understanding the problem beneath the surface, and building thoughtful solutions.
At 18, I started a clothing brand to fill a need that existed at the time by creating stylish clothing that also met strict modesty standards.
Over the next 20 years, I grew that vision into three retail stores and a manufacturing facility.
But what I was really building extended far beyond clothing.
I was expanding myself and impacting others. I was developing people, creating culture, and
designing systems that allowed both individuals and the business to grow.
I hired people based on potential, often with little or no experience, and invested in helping them develop
the confidence, skills, mindset, and leadership needed to succeed. Many went on to build successful careers
and businesses of their own.
Along the way, every personal and professional challenge pushed me to keep growing.
I immersed myself in studying leadership, human behavior, emotional development, business strategy,
and personal growth, not simply to gain knowledge, but to apply what I learned to real life.
As I continued to develop myself, I began to notice something that changed everything.
The same situations I once experienced one way began to feel completely different. I noticed opportunities
I hadn't seen before. I understood people more deeply. I responded with greater intention. I made different
decisions.
It wasn't the situations that had changed.
It was the way I was experiencing them.
That realization transformed the way I approached leadership, relationships, problem solving,
and business.
I began to see that while we often focus on changing our circumstances, the greatest
transformation happens when we change the lens through which we experience them.
As my perspective expanded, so did my business.
I built stronger teams, healthier systems, better strategies, and a more intentional life, not because life became easier, but because I was seeing more and experiencing it differently.
As the years went on, I wanted to continue growing and expanding the business. My partner wanted something different. Neither vision was wrong, but we were no longer aligned in the future we wanted to create together.
I was left with a choice: sell the business I had built and loved, or remain in a business that no longer aligned with the direction I wanted to grow.
The decision was difficult, but it was clear. It required me to live the very principles I had spent years developing. Staying aligned with my values.
Today, Your Experience is the natural continuation of that journey.
I help leaders expand the way they see themselves, others, and the situations they face so they can make more intentional decisions, build stronger businesses, and create lives that are aligned with who they are.
Because when your lens expands, your experience changes.
And when your experience changes, so does everything you create.
My mission is to turn meaning into movement.
To uncover what’s keeping people stuck and what’s truly driving their choices,
then translate that into clear, intentional action
so they can create real momentum and lasting results in their life and business.
Through this, we build meaningful experiences, intentional products, and continued growth, creating something that matters. Not just for their business, but for the people they serve and the world they're contributing to.
What You Can Expect When Working With Me
-
Your inner critic is loud. The best parts of you get overlooked.
After years of spotting strengths in people who didn't believe they had them, or worse looked at them as a negative, I've learned how to see what you dismiss. The qualities that are deeply valuable but often never realized as strengths. I reflect back what's true about you, so you can finally see it too.
-
I ask deeper questions to understand what things mean to you .Not just what your doing , but why you’re doing it. We look at what's already there: what you're doing, how you're doing it, what the data shows. When your why is clear, your actions become aligned.
-
You're an individual with your own needs, values, and way of experiencing the world. I work with who you are, not around it. There's no cookie-cutter approach. Everything is built around you so it’s genuinely aligned.
-
I'm a creator at heart—someone who naturally sees possibilities where others see limits. After decades of designing solutions, I bring creative, strategic thinking to help you find paths you haven't considered. I open doors you didn't know were there.
-
I may not always tell you what you want to hear. But I'll share what I actually see and ask the questions that open up what you may not have considered yet. It's about looking honestly at what's there together, Not to judge where you are, but to help you move from it.
-
We won't just talk. I help you take aligned action that feels right for you. You'll stay grounded, supported, and moving forward with purpose and real momentum.
-
You'll always get clarity, transparency, and truth from me.
If something isn't in my expertise, I'll tell you openly. If something doesn't feel right for you, I want you to say so. My commitment is to show up with integrity, be real with you, and only offer support where I can genuinely make a difference.
